Climate...
The climate in Qatar is a sub-tropical, hot desert with warm to hot temperatures all year round. It is in the Northern hemisphere and so the winter months from November to February can have few rain but the minimum temperature in Doha, the capital, is still around 10 degrees Celsius. It can drop lower than this in areas out of the city. In the summer months, especially July and August the heat can become almost unbearable with temperatures hitting 50 degrees. Spring and Autumn are usually warm and there can be shamal strong wind which, if it is strong can cause tremendous sandstorms.
